What you can expect from Mac-Nutrition LIVE

What our previous attendees say...

"I've just finished attending the Mac-Nutriton LIVE day in Nottingham. It was AMAZING!
Martin Macdonald, the rest of the MN team and the guest speakers put on a truly incredible day.

Saturday morning/day was full of lectures, we covered:

- Where Intuitive Eating Meets Intentional Weight Loss

- How The Fitness Industry Can Support Binge Eating Clients

- Working Towards Body Acceptance With Yourself & Your Clients

- A Compassionate Approach to Rapid Fat Loss

A lot of people don't understand the complexity and importance of these topics, so learning about them is incredibly important and is what makes MNU and all their practitioners stand out from the rest.

After the lectures, we enjoyed an afternoon meal together and then went out into Nottingham for a few drinks - so much fun!"

Chris Robey, Personal Trainer

"What a weekend! It was a privilege to be part of Mac-Nutrition LIVE on Saturday, for what was such an incredible event!

You don't get more quality nutrition knowledge bombs than the trio of speakers who delivered unbelievable lectures - Rachel Anne Hobbs, Danny Lennon and Ursula Philpot, RD.

The Topics covered were relationship with body/food, food therapy, pros & cons of
intentional weight loss, energy availability, and hypothalamic amenorrhea. All very apt topics in a world where we too commonly see underfuelling, unhealthy coping strategies, and misinformed reasons for wanting to drop weight.

Met some amazing people and coaches, who I hope to see again! Thanks to Martin 'Nutrition' McDonald and the team at MNU for organising an epic day, and bringing nutrition nerds together in such a friendly and welcoming environment!"
