Laura is a UK Registered Dietitian and health writer. With over ten years of experience in nutrition science, Laura is passionate about helping people improve their health by making practical changes to their diet.
Laura is also passionate about how the food we eat makes us feel, think and live! She wants to engage people in food and nutrition, to bridge the gap between what goes on our plates – and how that affects our bodies.
With experience in creating engaging, expert content across digital and print media, she aims to inform, educate and inspire action by translating science into manageable, meaningful content.
Her specialist interests include weight management and mindful eating, digestive health and sports nutrition. She is currently studying the International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sports Nutrition, and is trained to deliver the LOW FODMAP diet, a new and effective elimination diet for the management of irritable bowel syndrome.
