Rachel is a clinically trained dietitian, certified food, exercise and substance addiction therapist and has been voted one of the top 10 exercise trainers in the world. An Iron(wo)man, powerlifting champion of Europe, lead Dietitian to the British Army, blogger, vlogger, presenter, traveller, researcher, geek, foodie, lover of all things science and a very proud mummy.

Her purpose is to combine her skills and over a decade of experience in dietetics, exercise training and therapy with the latest evidence-based research to support her client’s self-empowerment; to liberate clients from the internal storms that limit their growth, to motivate them to transform their body and mind, and to help them heal from shame and the negative thoughts that rule their head about their looks, body, and being.
