What our attendees say...

"What an absolutely incredible weekend at @macnutrition live!! 🙏🏽 These weekends are always so much fun and I always come away feeling so inspired to do and be better with coaching.

Learning all about the menstrual cycle and menopause will now allow me to support my clients so much more not just from a practical application standpoint;

But also from an empathy & understanding standpoint - it’s certainly not easy what you ladies go through but I feel more confident in being able to offer support in these areas! Such good lectures from some fantastic speakers 🙌🏽 The after-party in Nottingham was so much fun too! 🥂

It’s also so good to meet up with other coaches in the industry and have great conversations around business, clients and life. I’m finishing the week with a full heart and head full of knowledge"

Chris Robey, Personal Trainer

"What an epic weekend away for the annual Mac-Nutrition nutrition conference = Nutrition CPD for me 🤓 Menstrual cycle and menopause were the topics for the day and the speakers were incredible, with such a wealth of knowledge to share: Dr Alyssa Olenick & Dr Nicky Keay

There was even some debunking of HRT myths and the actual evidence/risks, presented in such an understandable way 💊

What I also loved is just how easy it is to talk to people here. It’s like Crossfit where everyone is ya pal, just without the sweat. I met some awesome people both old and new, all of who I hope to see againt the next oe (which I’m already buzzing for)!

Finished up with a 3-course dinner and after party where I drank half of Nottingham's supply of spiced rum 💃🏼🕺🏼."
